This does not apply to personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved or custom-sized items).

• Refund: To the original payment method (bank account or card), within 14 days of us receiving the item.

• Exchange: Available if stock is in place.

• Purchase Voucher: Offered for future use, of equal value.

Return Conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage from testing or use, with intact packaging and labels.

It must be adequately protected for shipping.

Jewelry worn beyond a simple try-on is not accepted due to hygiene and wear concerns.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

All returns are made via BOXNOW, regardless of reason.
