-Do I need to create an account to order?
-No. To protect your privacy and follow our data minimization policy, we exclusively use Guest Checkout.

-How are my personal data protected?

Furthermore, we do not store credit card details on our servers, and we issue tax receipts to "Retail Customer" to avoid unnecessary personal data storage in tax databases. -How will I know my order was successful?
-You will receive an automated confirmation email with your unique Order Number and instructions immediately after placing your order.

2. Payments & Safety

-What payment methods do you accept?
-We accept a wide range of secure payment options:

  • Cards & Wallets: Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe.

  • Viva.com Payment Link: Supports IRIS Payments, Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Viva Wallet.

  • Bank Transfer: Direct deposit to our VivaBank account.

-Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
-No. To keep our handcrafted items at accessible prices and avoid the high costs of unclaimed returns, we only accept prepaid orders. This allows us to focus our resources on the quality of our jewelry.

-Why is there no VAT on my receipt?
-Ether Pieces operates under the special exemption regime for small businesses (Article 44a of Decision 1011/2026 - Former Article 39 of the Greek VAT Code / Law 2859/2000), meaning VAT is not charged.

3. Shipping & Delivery (BOXNOW)

-How do I choose my locker?
-Before checkout, consult the BOXNOW Locker Finder. Simply enter the Locker ID or Address in the designated field during checkout.

-How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
-Since each piece is handmade, we may need 1-2 business days for preparation. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days via BOXNOW.

-I used Express Checkout. Which locker will my order be sent to?
-For Express Checkout orders, we automatically ship to the BOXNOW Locker nearest to your declared address. If you have a different preference, please send us an email at info@etherpieces.com right after your purchase so we can update your delivery location.

4. Products & Returns

-Do handmade jewelry pieces require special care?
-Yes, to maintain their beauty over time, handcrafted jewelry requires gentle handling. We recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, or water. For detailed instructions on how to care for your unique pieces and information on our materials, please visit our Care & Materials page.

-Is every piece identical to the photos?
-Because our jewelry is handcrafted, slight variations may occur. This is the hallmark of unique, non-mass-produced art!

-What is your return policy?
-Returns are accepted within 14 days, exclusively via BOXNOW. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
