• All purchases are conducted exclusively via Guest Checkout.

• We only collect the minimum information required for the processing and delivery of your specific order.

• Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Products & Handmade Nature

All jewellery items are handcrafted. Due to the unique nature of handmade art:

• Slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions may occur compared to the product photographs.

• These variations are not considered defects but signs of authenticity and artistic uniqueness.

4. Pricing & Taxation (VAT Exemption)

• All prices displayed on the website are in Euro (€).

• VAT Exemption: Ether Pieces operates under a VAT exemption status for small businesses (according to Article 44a of Decision 1011/2026 - Former Article 39 of the Greek VAT Code / Law 2859/2000). Therefore, VAT is not charged on our products and is not included in the final price.

• Receipts: In accordance with our data minimization policy, all tax receipts are issued to a "Retail Customer" (Generic) and transmitted to the Hellenic Tax Authorities (AADE) without your personal identifiers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship via our partner carriers (Currently BOXNOW) to the destinations indicated at checkout.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during the checkout process.

• Ether Pieces is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Detailed information regarding returns can be found in our Returns Policy.

• Important: Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days, excluding earrings (for hygiene reasons) and personalized items.

• Exclusivity: Returns are accepted only via the BOXNOW locker network. Deliveries sent by other couriers to our registered office address will be rejected.

All designs, logos, images, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Ether Pieces. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ether Pieces ensures the quality of its handmade jewellery but is not liable for any allergic reactions or damages resulting from the misuse of its products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
