Tax Information: All prices are final. Due to our special tax status (Article 44a of Decision 1011/2026 - Former Article 39 of the Greek VAT Code / Law 2859/2000) regarding the special regime for small businesses), VAT is not charged and is not included in the price.

2. Shipping via BOXNOW

We ship exclusively via BOXNOW to offer you 24/7 flexibility in picking up your order.

• Locker Selection: Please use the BOXNOW Locker Finder to identify your preferred locker location.

• Checkout: During the checkout process, please enter the Locker ID or the Locker Address in the designated field.

• Shipping Rates:

  • FREE shipping on all orders over 50€.

  • For orders under 50€, a flat shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout).

• Delivery Time: Your order will typically arrive at your chosen locker within 2-5 business days.

Express Checkout & BOXNOW: If you complete your purchase via Express Checkout, we will automatically select the BOXNOW Locker closest to the shipping address provided by your payment provider. If you prefer a different locker, please email us at info@etherpieces.com immediately after placing your order to let us know your preferred Locker ID or address.

3. Order Processing

• Guest Checkout: To protect your privacy, we operate exclusively via Guest Checkout. You will receive all updates regarding your order status at the email address you provided during checkout.

• Office Address: Please note that our registered office cannot receive direct deliveries from other courier services. BOXNOW is our exclusive partner for all logistics.
